So happy you decided to share your cell phone journey! I'm working on my homework and its soooo interesting to write down what unconsciously occurs with my darn phone. Whoa I waste a tremendous amount of time going down rabbit holes for "what reason"... I look forward to Friday!
I am really looking forward to Friday too! I've been filling up my little pocket notebook with all the things that my brain tells me I need to 'research' right now - when I read the list later, none of them are important. It's so eye-opening and life changing. So glad you are a part of the group Denise!
Thanks Anastasia! It may be the beginning of breaking an iceberg! It's kind of fun to look at myself and see what I unconsciously am drawn too! And I can identify right away when it's appropriate to check my phone and write that down too! I get enthralled with barefoot shoes, puppy dog videos and camping gear or open nights..when I went to click on anything to "buy" I said no I have a vet bill to pay for my dog's surgery so money is going to pay that off first! I liked that I was consciously stopping from clicking through so didn't waste 15 minutes browsing. My notebook will be full by tomorrow haha!
I'm sad I won't make the don't CELL your soul session today. It's happening at the time my Girl Scout troop meets. Is there any chance this zoom meeting will be recorded?
Any chance of the calls not all being in the evening? 8PM eastern is really hard for me to make as we're complete early birds and winding down by then - not really in the headspace for a zoom. :-/ Just thought I'd put it out there! <3
Hi Esther - I can definitely chat with the group and see if there is a way we can do this... I am pretty limited, due to my work schedule with Kula in the mornings (particularly on Tuesdays... and I teach dance in the morning on Fridays)... but if I can work something out, I will absolutely do that. I'm also happy to send out a recording if that helps too. I promise, I'm definitely trying my best! Thanks for understanding.
Of course! Just thought I'd mention there are 8PM bedtime people over on the other coast too, lol. :D Just in case there was another option. No worries if not of course and a recording would be awesome! <3

Absolutely! It's being recorded. Today is just the prep meet up... we will be meeting on Friday at the same time as well!
Oh awesome. This Friday I'm working and next Friday I'm out of town, so hopefully I'll be able to participate!
