Oh my, the perfect post for today! My company is gearing us up for goal setting for 2024! I am always unsettled when such things are mentioned. I found you as I had discussed with my coach on Ginger(free to Medicare oldies) I wanted the way I work to be my way! In ways that make me happy instead of all the "shoulds" of working! I have never fit in, have too much energy, am too happy, I break the rules, hate meetings yet I believe I could knock my customers socks off and have a blast! So I am going to embark on my heart leading the way instead of my spinning head and set myself up so that I have quiet time & time outside so I can tune into it!
