I love how you say to become a “detective of your own life!” What a cool idea to step back and treat these obstacles as something to be curious about instead of just being miserable! I’m going to give it a try. And I’m definitely going to start using the phrase “solvitur ambulando” in my daily conversations ☺️👏🏻. Thank you for all you share and teach here, Anastasia!!

Thank YOU for being here! It truly is a mindset shift that doesn't intuitively come naturally for me... but, over time, it's like a muscle - the more you begin to look at 'chaos' as an opportunity, the more those magical little moments present themselves. I am so truly grateful to know you and to have you here!

Names are so funny! I go by Katt (and have for a really long time), but I usually introduce myself as Kathryn, especially when answering the phone at work. One time I answered the phone at the coffee shop, where all the customers and all my coworkers (including the bosses and folks at other shop locations) knew me as Katt, and said "[coffee shop name], Kathryn speaking, how can I help you?" and my coworker who was calling said "...Kathryn? Is this Katt?" Also, while by I go by Katt, I use Kathryn Louise as my professional name, which made picking an email address at my staff job really confusing. Initially it was Kathryn@, but then there was a backend issue, so they automatically gave me KathrynG@ instead. I end up using "Kathryn Louise (Katt)" as my email signature just to sort of help (though I introduce myself in cold call emails for jobs as "Katt Greaser", which also isn't helpful).
