Dance Party... Power Hour... and Book Club!

Hi Kula Diaries subscribers! Here is our August event schedule for our virtual Dance Party, Power Hour and Book Club! Event Descriptions:

Virtual Dance Party - August 10th, 5pm pacific: This is about a 45 minute session with me… fun, joyful movement. If you’ve never tried it - be open and just see what happens. I guarantee you will feel amazing. I curate the playlist based on the themes that I’ve written about over the past month - so it really feels (and is) very special. I’ve truly enjoyed the two dance parties that I’ve hosted so far - they are unique and special, and even if you don’t consider yourself a ‘dancer’ - just come see what happens when you try something out of your comfort zone! You might be surprised.

Kula Diaries Power Hour - August 23, 10am pacific: This is an hour long session (or more, depending on how much we talk!) where you can talk about anything that is important to you. It is a space where you are allowed to be excited about whatever you want to create - without needing to know ‘how’ it is possible. It’s a place where you can start to actually FEEL the realness of those things - without needing to see them first.

Kula Diaries Book Club - August 25, 10am pacific: You do not need to have attended any prior sessions in order to join this one. If you are interested, please join us! The conversation is relevant for all - even if you aren’t caught up with the book. However, The Power of Now is an amazing book - and we would love for you to read it and join our discussion. All are welcome. For our next session, we are planning to discuss chapters 5-6 (ish).
