Hello Kula friends -
I am excited to share our November Event schedule. As you will see, I’ve added one new event to the lineup, which I am particularly excited about … it’s a BRAND NEW event called ‘Don’t Cell Your Soul’ (yep, pun intended… so clever - ha!) … this is going to be the intro session to an experimental group that I’m planning to start in December… read below and I’ll explain more!
To join these classes, you must be a paid subscriber of the Kula Diaries. This costs $5 per month. I am absolutely positive that the value of these events will far exceed your $5 investment. I put my heart into these classes and the content for The Kula Diaries because I really believe that it is valuable and important. It gives me a lot of joy to share with all of you, so I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity.
Love,
Anastasia
Here are the event descriptions:
Event Descriptions:
Virtual Dance Party - November 9th, 5pm pacific: This is about a 45 minute session with me… fun, joyful movement. If you’ve never tried it - be open and just see what happens. I guarantee you will feel amazing. I curate the playlist based on the themes that I’ve written about over the past month - so it really feels (and is) very special. I’ve truly enjoyed the two dance parties that I’ve hosted so far - they are unique and special, and even if you don’t consider yourself a ‘dancer’ - just come see what happens when you try something out of your comfort zone! You might be surprised.
Kula Diaries Creative Power Hour - November 15, 10am pacific: This is an hour long creative ‘mastermind’ type session where you can talk about anything that is important to you. It is a space where you are allowed to be excited about whatever you want to create - without needing to know ‘how’ it is possible. It’s a place where you can start to actually FEEL the realness of those things - without needing to see them first. You do not need to be an entrepreneur to attend this session. We have folks from all walks of life who attend and find value in talking about what they want to create and focus on.
Kula Diaries Book Club - November 17th, 10am pacific: You do not need to have attended any prior sessions in order to join this one. If you are interested, please join us! The conversation is relevant for all - even if you aren’t caught up with the book. However, The Power of Now is an amazing book - and we would love for you to read it and join our discussion. All are welcome. For our next session, we are planning to discuss chapters 9/10 (ish).
Don’t Cell Your Soul - November 29th, 5pm pacific - This is BRAND NEW and I’m very excited about it! Many folks who read my story about social media addiction indicated that they shared the same struggles that I did. As I was writing this piece, I felt inspired to facilitate an accountability group to help others through this process. Note: this is not a therapy program… this is an intentionally curated group for people who want to begin the process of being more mindful about phone/social media usage. This session will be our ‘prep’ session for the full program, which will start the following month (in December). If you can’t make it to this session, but want to be a part of the group, I will be able to send out a recording of the first call. The full session in December will include a complete plan/process and accountability as you take steps to intentionally create a healthier relationship with social media… and most importantly… your real life.
The Zoom links for all of the events are below - so if you lose the e-mail reminder, you can always come back to this post for reference. Can’t wait to see all of you!
Currently, the live events are available to paid supporters of the Kula Diaries. For less than $5 per month, you will absolutely find that the intangible value of these events far exceeds that donation. The subscription prevents ‘zoom bombers’ from gaining access to a public link — and it helps support my Kula Diaries project, which is a true labor of love. I am so unbelievably grateful for all of your support and I love getting to connect with all of you. So, thank you for being here.
